All About Sunset Beach Resort's Condo #A1: This 1500 sq. ft. air-conditioned condo is perfectly located 2.5 miles south of town within walking distance to grocery store, tour operator, (5) bars and (4) restaurants. The kitchen includes a full fridge, stove top, oven, microwave, coffeepot, toaster, blender, cookware and utensils. This condo has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is one of the few with a dishwasher. This is the ONLY condo with it's own WIFI. It is a stunning beachfront Belize vacation rental that opens up to the pool, beach and sea. A1 is a two story condo with the main entrance on the ground floor. A1 has two queen bedrooms and two baths. It will sleep up to 4 guests. A1 has two private verandas with a breath-taking, PANORAMIC VIEWS of the ocean. All of our Belize vacation rentals at Sunset Beach Resort come with all the comforts of home including fully-equipped kitchens, central air-conditioning and spacious family rooms. All linens are included (including beach towels). Each Belize vacation rental at Sunset Beach Resort is offered pick-up/drop-off laundry services.
