DEPOSIT
A deposit equivalent to two nights stay will reserve your condo and confirm your reservation.
Balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
Rates are per United States Dollars (USD) and subject to a  9% Government hotel tax.

CANCELLATIONS
*$100 charge with 60+ days notice.  
Fifty percent refund with 30-60 days notice.  
No refund with less than 30 days notice.
